Open your Koufay image and my texture jpgs.
Duplicate the Koufay image twice and close the original.
(Windows, Duplicate)
On one of the duplicates resize by 75
Adjust, Sharpness, Unsharp mask

On your other duplicated image,
select your crop tool and crop to the head area

Copy and paste as a new layer onto your resized image.
Place this in the bottom left corner.
Reduce the opacity to 50 to see the outline of the image beneath.

Select your Freehand Tool set like so

Carefully draw round the head outline like so, 
but be aware that because it is set to feather
the outline will spread out further.

Hit Delete 3 0r 4 times.
Selections, Select None
Return the opacity to 80.
New Raster Layer.
Select your magic wand,
make sure the feather setting is returned to 0.
Click your new layer.
Select your texture
Edit, Copy
Select your images
Edit, Paste into Selection.
Selections, Select None.
On your layer palette change your blend mode to Hard Light

Select your Eraser

Gently erase her head areas
so that it shows through the texture.
Duplicate your texture layer and
reduce the duplicated layer opacity to 50.
Layers, Merge All Flatten.
Image, Add Border
Equal sides, White, Size 2.
Image Add Border
Equal sides, #A99C32. Size 8.
Open a new canvas 600 x 500
Flood Fill White.
Copy and paste your image as a new layer.
Resize this layer by 80

Adjust, Sharpness, Unsharp mask.
Duplicate this layer 3 times.
Now to rotate your layers
Image, Rotate, Free Rotate
Copy 1 = Right 5
Copy 2 = Right 10
Copy 3 = Left 10
Arrange these layers to your taste.
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow to all layers

Layers Merge Visible.
Now you have 2 options.

Option 2 like this tag

New Raster Layer for your text
Set your colours and settings

Add your name.
Layers, Merge All Flatten and Save.

Option 2 like the tag at the top

Effects, Plugins, Filter Factory S,
Old Photo White Fade
(I have my Filter Factory filters
installed into my Filters Unlimited)

Layers, New Raster Layer for your text.
Change of colour from above
#BC9E8D

Same text settings though. Add your name.
Select your eraser tool and
gently soften some of your letters.
Layers, Merge All Flatten and Save.
