Open a transparent canvas 500 x500
Layers, New Raster Layer

Selection Tool, Set as Circle and Feather of 38.
Place your cursor in the middle of your canvas
and draw out your circle.

Open your Sky-image.jpg
Edit, Copy.
Back to your selection,
Edit, Paste into Selection.
Selections, Select None.
Effects, Plugins, VM Natural, Sparkle

Effects, Plugins, VM Natural, Marble Madness

Image, Resize by 80.
On your layer palette, right click on the higlighted layer
and duplicate.

On your duplicate layer,
Resize by 50.
Duplicate this layer twice more.
On the last duplication, resize by 50 again.
Now duplicate this one another time by 50.

Arrange your 'planets' where you like them.

Paste your AgathaWitch tube onto your canvas.
You may want to move your layers up or down so that
some of the planets are in front of her.
On Agatha,
Effects, Plugins, EC3, Perspective Shadow

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow
Vertical -5
Horizontal -5
Opacity 71
Blur 20

Now for your text.
We will use 101! Star Lit Night,
Size 72
Foreground Null
Background Gradient team_127.
Set as Vector

Add your name and then you can adjust the length
of it to suit your tag.
Once happy, right click on your layer palette
and convert to raster layer.
Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel

Add Drop Shadow same as before

Now go through each layer applying the
VM Natural Sparkle, moving the random seed tab
up and down as you go.

Add the copyright info, Merge all Flatten
Resize by 80
Adjust, Sharpness, Unsharp mask
