Open a white canvas 500 x 500
Copy and Paste your tube onto it as a New Layer.
On your layer palette duplicate this tube layer, and hide the copy until later.
Making sure your first tube layer is the active one,
go to Effects, Reflection, Kaleidoscope

Please note:
depending on what image you use you may need
to tweak your settings a tad to make sure you have fairly even circles.

Now select your selection tool set to circle

lace the cursor crosshair dead center of your spiral.
Then carefully draw out your circle trying to keep a symetrical edge to it all.

Selections, Invert and hit Delete.
You may now want to resize your spiral by 85%.

Unhide your hidden tube layer and add a drop shadow of your liking.
Now to add your name

Right click in your layer palette and convert to raster layer.
Selections, Select All,
Selections, Float
Selections, Modify, Contract by 3.
Flood Fill this with a lighter colour from your spiral I used #cdac89.
Selections, Modify, Contract by 3.
Flood fill this with a darker colour from your spiral I used #583425.
Selections, Modify, Contract by 3.
Flood fill this with a plae colour from your tube.
I used #faf8eb.
Effects, Inner Bevel

Selections, Select None.
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 3, Glow

Repeat this twice more.
Now add a Drop shadow of your choice.
Hide all layers except your name and tube
(and the copyright info!!) and merge visible.
Unhide all layers.
Select your Spiral layer
Edit, Copy
Open AS
Rigth click and paste as new animation.
Effects, Insert Image Effect, Spiral

OK.

Make a note of how many frames this is.
Mine was 19.
Back to PSP, Select your white background, Edit, Copy and paste that into AS.
Edit, Copy, Edit, Paste After Current Frame.
Repeat this until you also have 19 frames of your white background
(Shift, Ctrl and L is a very easy way of doing this!)
Select your spiral animation,
Edit, Select All, Edit, Copy
Select your white background,
Edit, Select All, Edit, Paste into Selected Frame.
Place your spiral nearish to the top.
Back in PSP and Copy your tube and name over to AS.
Repeat the same proceedure til you have same amount of frames,
and then past that onto your white background and spiral image.

Save as a Gif and you're done!
