Open your luxottica tube.
Duplicate this then close the original
for future use.
Add Drop Shadow

Layers, New Raster Layer
Select your magic wand
and click on your new layer.
You should have the marching ants
all the way around.

Activate your water jpeg.
Edit, Copy.
On your luxottica tube now,
Edit, Paste Into Selection.
Selections, Select None.
Layers, Arrange, Send to Bottom.
Layers, Merge Visible.
Set your background colour to one chosen
from your picture.
Leave the Foreground colour to null.

Image, Add Borders

With your magic wand again,
click inside the border you have just created.
Selections, Expand

Effects, Textures, Mosaic Glass

Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel

Drop Shadow same settings as before.
Selections, Select None.

OK, now you need to open a New Canvas.
Transparent 500x500.
Select your water jpeg,
Copy and Paste as New Layer.
Image, Mirror.
Effects, Plugins, Xenofex, Distress.

Add Drop Shadow.
Vertical -5 Opacity 50
Horizontal -5 Blur 5

Repeat Drop Shadow with these settings
Vertical 5 Opacity 50
Horizontal 5 Blur 5

Copy and Paste as New Layer your
framed image you just made.
Add Drop Shadow using the same settings
for your water jpeg.
Image, Resize.

Add a New Raster Layer for your Text.
(note the instructions on the picture below)

Selections, Select None.
Add another Raster Layer
Add another layer of text.
Line this 2nd layer of text on top
of the 1st.
With this layer of text still selected,
follow the same settings as used
for the border frame.
Selections, Modify
Textures, Mosaic Glass
Inner Bevel
Drop Shadow.
When you have done this then Select None.
Colours, Adjust, Brightness & Contrast

Add your watermark
Layers, Merge Visable.
Image, Resize by 85.

Now you can either leave it as
a still tag...
or you can carry on to the next step to animate it.

You want to animate it?
OK!

Edit, Copy
Open AS.
Edit, Paste as New Image.
Edit, Copy
Edit, Paste After Current Frame.
Repeat.
You should now have 3 frames.
Click on Frame 2.
File, Export Frames, To Paint Shop Pro.
Now you are back in PSP.
View Zoom by 1 twice.
Use your dropper tool to select a colour
from her eyelids.
Make sure the background is set to null.

Select your paint brush

Fill in the eyelids,
then repeat with a lighter colour in the middle.

Select your Retouch tool.

and soften the lids for a more natural look.

Add your lashes,
changing the paintbrush size to 1.

Close this image.
A box will come up asking if you want to update Animation Shop.
Click YES.

Now go to Animation, Frame Properties.
Select the speed you want each frame to move.
Heres mine...
Frame 1 = 75
Frame 2 = 35
Frame 3 = 35.
Save as your animated tag!
