
Open a 600 x 600 Transparent canvas.
Flood Fill with colour # DAD0C7.
Effects, Noise, Add

Open your Vector Tube and with your Selection Tool
Draw a Square around her head.

Edit, Copy.
Back onto your canvas
Add a New Raster Layer
Selection Tool again and draw a large square in the middle.
Edit, Paste Inot Selection.
Selections, Select None.
Effects, Noise Add, same as before.
On your layer palette reduce the opacity to 65.
New Raster Layer.
Select your Draw tool

Make sure your line colour is set to black.

Draw a line. and duplicate 3 times.
Space them gradually.

On your layer palette hide all layers except the 4 lines.
Layers, Merge Visible.
Duplicate
Image, Rotate

Bring the all layers back again.
Place your lines where you think it looks best.
New Raster Layer.
Add your first lot of text.

Selections, Select None.
Reduce the opacity to 30.
Duplicate your text as often as you like rotate some, and place randomly.
Copy and paste you vector tube as a new layer.
Image, Resize

Effects, Sharpen, Unsharp mask
(you do not need to do this step. This is a tip a good friend gave me, and I find it makes the images alot clearer!)

Add your Drop Shadow

New Raster Layer.
Add the rest of your text.

Selections, Select None.
Layers, Merge all Flatten.
Resize by 70 and unsharp mask.
Open a new 600 x600 canvas.
Copy and paste your image as a new layer.
Open your Frame tube and copy and paste that as a new layer.
Use your Deformation Tool

and drag your frame to fit the picture.
Colours, colourize.
Play with the settings till you find a colour you like.
(a handy tip: click your styles box and select a colour, and take note of the Hue and Sat numbers.)
Layers Merge Visible.
Resize by 70 and unsharp mask.
Save!
Pretty neat effect and no filters in sight!! lol
