Open your tulip jpg.
Duplicate and close the original.
On your layer palette, promote your background to
a raster layer.
Layers, New Raster Layer
Flood fill white and move to the bottom.
Resize your tulip layer by 85%

Adjust, Sharpness, Unsharp mask

Using your Selection tool, set to Rectangle
Draw 3 strips down one side of your image
and Delete.

Effects, Textures, Blinds

With your Selection tool agaon draw around the larger square

Edit, Copy,
Layers, New Raster Layer,
Edit, Paste Into Selection.
Selections, Select None.
Effects, Art edia Effects, Coloured Pencil

Select your free-hand tool, feather set to 40
and draw a rought triangle across this image
and Delete twice.

Selections, Select None.
Change the blend mode to Hard Light.
Reduce the Opacity of the lower tulip layer to 80

Back on your lower layer,
Effects, Illumination Effects, Sunburst

Select your Pre-set Shape tools and set like so

Draw a frame around your image
leaving a small gap around the edges.

Add Drop Shadow to this layer and
your bottom tulip layer.

Layers, New Raster Layer
add your text,
try to keep this in the middle of your image.

Selections, Select None,
Effects, Plugins, Muras Meister, Copies

Image, Resize by 85%
adjust sharpness mask.
Move the text to the side of your picture.
Change the blend mode to Hard Light
Effects, 3D Effects, Cutout

Merge All Flatten and Resize by 85% again.
Open a new canvas 500 x500
Flood Fill white.
Copy and Paste your image as
a New Layer.
Add your Flower tube.
Here you can play with overlapping the images..
entirely up to you.
Add Drop Shadow same settings as before.
And Crop to preferred size and Save!
