First you need to install your masks.
this is the way I do it.
open your masks in PSP.
Masks, New From Image
This the square mask

Masks, Save to Disk,
Name your mask and then save

For the Edges mask make sure inverted is checked.

OK, lets make the background template.
Open a transparent canvas 500 x 500.
Select your Flood Fill tool.
Set the colours you will be using for your
foreground and background.
I used black and #C8A17B.
now set your Gradient.

Add your squares mask.
Masks, Load from disk,
select the squares mask you saved here.
Masks, Delete, Yes

Layers, Duplicate.
working with the 2nd layer
Image, Resize

Effects, Textures, Blinds

Move so its sits snuggly in the bottom
right corner of the 1st layer.
Activate your 1st layer.
Using your selection tool
draw a long rectangle down the side of
your background.

Effects, Textures, Blinds - same settings.
Effects, 3D, Inner Bevel

Add your Drop Shadow

Selections, Select None.
Back onto your 2nd layer.
Select the Text tool
and add just the 1st letter of your word.

Add your Blinds texture, Inner Bevel and Drop Shadow
the same as you did for your rectangle.
Position this letter to the bottom left
of your 2nd layer.
Selections, Select None.
Select your Preset Shapes tool,
set it to circle,
and draw a circle next to your large letter.

Add a New Raster Layer
Select Text Tool,
place your cursor on the circle line till you
see a capital A with a curved line underneath it .
Now click to add your text.

Go to your Layer Palette

Delete your vector layer, which is donated by the square.
Back on your floating text,
Rotate

you may need to adjust this depending
on the size of your word.
Again, follow the same effects you
used for the large letter.
Selections, Select None.
New Raster Layer.
Text tool again

Add Drop Shadow

Selections, Select None.
Open your tube and with
your lasso tool,
draw a rough circle around her head.

Edit, Copy.
Back on your template canvas,
Edit, Paste as New Layer.
Image, Mirror.
Move to the bottom right corner.
Use your Retouch tool set to soften
to ease the edges.

Now go to your Layer Palette and reduce
the opacity to 50.

Layers Merge all flatten.
Now add your 2nd mask
in the same manner as before.
Add your Drop Shadow.

Resize this by 50.
This is your template done.
Duplicate this twice.
Fan out in a way that pleases you.
Rotate top layer.

Copy and paste your tube.
Resize by 70.
Add Drop Shadow same settings.

OK, final stretch...your name.
New Raster Layer.
Text tool, type the 1st letter only.

Again, same effects as before
ie Blinds, Bevel, Shadow.
Selections, Select None.
Adjust your layer, so that it sits
under your woman tube.
New Raster Layer
add the rest of your text.

Same Effects.
Add your watermark if you have one.
Merge.
Resize by 80
Crop and Save!

All done.
