Open White Canvas 800 x 600
(I like to work large and resize lataer)

Copy and paste your sea tube.
Adjust: Hue & Satuation

Add your girl tube
Drop Shadow

Now draw a long rectangle with these settings
Border size 2: Foreground #17272D: Background #ADC6FA

Click your magic wand inside the rectangle.
Effects: Plugins: Enkis: Wallpaer: A Control 66 all others 0.
Effects: Plugins: Xenofex: Crumple

Effects: Image Effects: Page Curl

Adjust Hue & Satuation same settings as before.

With your line tool width 6.
draw a small line at the top of your curtain
make sure it is on its own layer.
Selections: Select All: Selections: Float
Effects: Plugins: Super Blade Pro
use the m_cocnutice
Effects: Artistic Effects: Chrome

Selections: Select None.

Now draw a small circle
Line width 2: Foreground White: Background Null

Repeat the SBP/Chrome process as above.

Duplicate your rings and lines and place along your curtain.
Click inside each circle with your magic wand
Selections: Modify: Expand 1
On your curtain layer press delete.

X out all layers except the curtain, rings and lines.
Layers: Merge Visible.
Add Drop Shadow

Unhide all layers,
make sure your sea tube sits above the curtain layer.

Now add your © and name
Font: Tennessee Light: Size 72: Foreground White: Background #5099BB
Add Drop Shadow

Layers: Merge Visible
Image: Resize: 60
Adjust: Sharpness: Unsharp mask

All done!
