Open transparent canvas 600 x 320.
Preset shapes tool.

Choose a button image of your choice.

Draw your button in the middle of your canvas.
NOT too big. If you look at the left hand bottom of your screen
You will see a series of numbers.
Try to get your ball size approx to these settings.

Duplicate your button.
Make sure you are on the original button layer.
Effects, Plugins, EC4, Jiggle

Activate the Duplicated button.
With your selection tool,

draw a square inside the button.
Selections, Convert to Seamless Pattern.
Selections, Select None.
Effects, Plugins, EC4, Glass

Add a new Raster Layer.
Now to add your text.
Choose the pattern infill we have just made.

Selections, Select None.
Effects, Geometric, Circle
Effects, Plugins, EC4, Glass - same settins as before.
Add your Drop Shadow to your text and your glass ball.

Move your ball to the beginning of your text.
Make sure the bottom of the ball is in line with the
bottom of your text.

Merge Visible.
Save as R1.

Undo this action.

Move your ball further along your text.

Merge Visible.
Save as R2.
Undo and repeat moving your ball and saving till you
reach the end of your text.

Open AS.
Animation wizard.

Make sure you have the following settings.
Same size as the first image frame
Next
Transparent
Next
Centered in the frame.
With the canvas colour
Next
Yes, repeat the animation indefinitely

Next
Add Image
Locate your folder that you saved your frames to.
Open R1, Add Image, Open R2...
and so on till all frames have been loaded.
Next.
Finish.
Edit, Select All.
Window, Duplicate Animation.
Still on your Duplication...
Edit, Select All
Animation, Reverse Frames.
Edit, Copy.

On your original animation...
Click on the last frame to make it active.
Edit, Paste After Current Frame.

And thats it!!
Save your animation..you have completed Rollerball!!
