OK, this tut is quite long winded and I hope I can expalin it so that you will understand me. Here goes...

Open the water jpeg I have provided.

View: Grid: View: Change Grid, Guide & Snap Properties

following the settings below.

Duplicate your jpeg til you have 4 images.
With your crop tool, follow the grid lines and slice
each row on alternate images, until you have four
slices of the whole picture.

View: Grid (this will turn the grid off)

Open White Canvas 1000 x 1000 (dont worry we will resize)

Copy and paste all four slices of your jpeg onto
this canvas.

With your deformation tool you can rotate and thin your slices as you like

Add Drop Shadow to each slice

Now X out the background and two top slices.
Merge: Visible the bottom two slices.
Now X the merged sliced and unhide the top two slices
and merge them too.
Unhide all layers.

Image: Resize: 60
Adjust: Sharpness: Unsharp mask

On both merged layers
Adjust: Hue & Satuation

Select your bottom slices, Edit: Copy

Open Animation Shop
Right click on your work space and
Paste As New Animation
Effects: Insert Image Effect: Underwater
to see a sample setting of the underwater look here
(I had it run until I had 10 frames)
Edit: Select All: Edit: Copy

Back in PSP
Right click your work space and
Paste As New Image.

On your main canvas again,
select the bottom slices.
Selections: Select All: Selections: Float: Modify: Contract: 3
Layers: New Raster Layer.

On your newly pasted animation canvas
select the bottom Frame 1
Edit: Copy

Main Canvas.
Paste Into Selection
Layers: New Raster Layer

DO NOT DESELECT

Animation canvas.
Select the 2nd Frame
Edit: Copy

Main Canvas
Paste Into Selection
Layers: New Raster Layer

...repeat this on all layers until you have copied
all the animation frames over.

Selections: Select None

Close your pasted animation canvas as you no longer need this.

X out the top merged slices.
X out all layers EXCEPT background and bottom merged slices.

NOW THIS IS WHERE IT GETS COMPLICATED.

Merge Visible.
Duplicate this merged layer x 9
Move a copy layer under each layer

X out all layers except Merged and Raster 2
Layers: Merge Visible

X out this layer
Unhide the next two layers
(Copy of merged and raster 3)
Layers: Merge Visible

Repeat this process until all your animated layers
are merged with a copied background.

Take a drink....

Now X out all layers EXCEPT your top slices.
Duplicate these x 9 and repeat the above process,
making sure each copy is ABOVE your bottom slices layer.

OK, you should now be back to 10 layers.

Grab your Picture Tube Tool
Sparkle 1: Size 24
Add a sparkle to each layer,
moving it further along on each one
to give the impression of it moving along the bridge.

Make sure all layers are visible and
Save as background.pspimage

Now open your tube

REMEMBER NOT JUST THE BOOBS MOVE!
Select your Freehand tool
Draw the area of movement.

Effects: Distortion: Punch: 3

DO NOT DESELECT

Right click on your layer in your layer pallette
Duplicate
Distortion: Punch: 3
Duplicate
Distortion: Punch: 3
Duplicate
Distortion: Punch: 3

Selections: Select None.

Right click on each layer and rename
1,2,3,4.

Right, here we go again!
Duplicate layer 1 and move to 5th place
Rename 5
Duplicate layer 2 and move to 6th place
Rename 6
Duplicate layer 1 and move to 7th place
Rename 7
Duplicate layer 2 and move to 8th place
Rename 8
Duplicate layer 3 and move to 9th place
Rename 9
Duplicate layer 2 and move to 10th place

Add Drop Shadow to all layers

Make sure all layers are visible
Save as girl.pspimage

Animation Shop
File: Open
Find your background and girl pspimages and open them
Girl:
Edit: Select All: Edit: Copy
Background:
Edit: Select All: Edit: Paste Into Selected Frame
Edit: Select All: Animation: Frame Properties: 20

PSP
Using your pspimage of the background
as a template for size
Add the © and your name
Scroiptina: Size 72: Colour #B2B1AD: As Vector
Use your vector tools to slant your name

Right click and convert to raster layer.
X out all layers except © and name
Layers: Merge Visible.
Edit: Copy

Animation Shop
Rigth click workspace and Paste as New Animation.

Edit: Copy
Hold down your Shift Key, Control Key and
press L x 9 which will give you 10 frames.

Edit: Select All: Edit: Copy

Animation Canvas:
Edit: Select All: Edit: Paste Into Selected Frame.

Place it where you like it.

Save !!
