Open your hongkong.jpeg
Using your crop tool, crop the picture to the water line

It should look like this

Save as hongkong.jpeg to your desktop.

Open your Reflect programme.
This is a stand alone programme.
I have the shortcut on my desktop.

This bit will show you how fast the water will move.

When you save your gif,
save it as hongkong.gif onto your desktop again.
This is just for easy finding.

A pop will ask you something in French..just click Non.

Open Animation Shop.
File, Open and find your gif.
Edit, Select All, Edit, Copy.

Back in PSP.
Right click the screen and Paste as new image.
Your layer palette will show all 5 frames.

Resize each frame layer by 80.
Then on each frame
Adjust, Sharpness, Unsharp mask

New Raster Layer.
With your Selection Tool set to rectangle
Draw around the the picture.

Copy your Film.psp and paste into selection.
Selections, Select None.

Copy and paste your ebony-hat tube as new layer.
move this below the film layer.
Reduce the opacity to 90.

Now to add the text.
Make sure it is set as vector, size 48, colour white.
1st letter - stretch to fit the inside of film.
then the rest of your name as a different layer.
Add any © needed.

X out all your frame layers.

Making sure you are on one of the other layers
Merge Visible.
Duplicate this layer 4 times to match the number of frames.
X out all except the first of animation and the first of film

Merge Visible.

X out this merged layer.
Unhide the next 2 layers

Merge Visible...and so on until all layers have been done.
Save as hongkong.psp onto your desktop.

Back in Animation Shop.
Open your hongkong.psp
and you will see all frames are there.

To check the animation click

Then save where you need to.

All done.
