Every bit is on its own layer and can be colourised according to your taste!

Open a Transparent canvas 500 x 500.
Copy and paste your IM tube as a New Layer.
(Remember to Merge Visible before hand)
Layers, Add a New Raster Layer.
Now to add your first bit of text.
Position this in the Send To: box.
Selections, Select None.
Add another raster layer,
add some more text.
Position this inside the message box at the top.
Selections, Select None.
Add another raster layer, and add your final text.
Position this under your name.
Make sure its not touching anything and has plenty of space around it,
as we will be working with this later.
Selections, Select None.
Layers, Merge Visible.
Image Resize
(If you feel your text has gone a little fuzzy got to Effects, and Sharpen)
Image, Rotate.
Add your Drop Shadow with these settings
Vertical -5, Horizontal 5
Opacity 50, Blur 5
Colour Black.
Activate your flower tube and resize by 70.
Copy and paste as a new layer.
Duplicate and then move one of the layers underneath
your merged IM tube.
Add same Drop Shadow to the bottom flower layer.
On your top flower layer, carefully
erase some of the flowers that may be overlapping your text.
Then add Drop Shadow to this layer too.
Activate your Turtle tube,
Copy and Paste as New Layer.
Add Drop Shadow, same settings.
Add more flowers to put in his lap, resize as you see fit.
Copy and paste your bees tube
and add the same Drop Shadow to these too.
Once everything is in position
Merge, Visible.
Edit, Copy.
Open AS
Edit, Paste as New Animation.
OK, depending on what words your wrote, you will need to add the same amount of frames per letter plus 1.IE, I wrote Good Morning!,
So need 13 frames.
To get the frames,
Edit, Copy,
Edit, Paste After Current Frame.
Repeat till you have the required amount.
Select your brush tool, make sure it is set to white.
 On frame 1, erase all of your message.
Frame 2, erase all except the first letter
Frame 3 all except the first 2 letters, and so on.
Once you have finished this.
Edit, Select All
Animation, Frame Properties
Click on your last frame
Animation, Frame Properties and change to 100.
And thats it!
Save your animation.
