Open the tube of your woman.
Window, Duplicate and close the original for future use.
Your canvas will have 2 layers already.
the woman is layer 2.
Resize.

Click Layer 1.
Layers, New Raster Layer.
Using your selection tool,

Draw a rectangle half way across and all the way down.

Select a lighter colour from your tube,
I used #8E8E8E
and flood fill the rectangle.
Selections, Select None.
Effects, Texture Effects, Blinds.

(nb. please remember this is a reduced image so your blinds wont look exactly like this)
Add a new raster layer.
This time draw a rectangle all the way across
and 1/4 of the way down.

Flood fill with the same colour.
Selections, Select None.
Effects, Texture Effexts, Texture.
Choose a texture you like,
I used the preset of Gravel.

Duplicate this layer
move both layers underneath the blinds rectangle.
Draw another rectangle going across
and flood fill with black.
Duplicate.
Now move these layers under the blinds and
arrange with with the gravel rectangles
into a stripe.

Crop your image to remove any
untidy edges.

Click on your blinds rectangle.
Text tool. Add just 1 letter.

Use your deformation tool to stretch
your letter to fit the rectangle.

Selections, Modify, Contract

Effects, 3D Effects, Cutout.

Selections, Select None.
Add Drop Shadow.

Add Drop Shadow to your tube using the same settings.
Layers, New Raster Layer.
Add Text.

Selections, Select None.
Add Drop Shadow, same as before.
Add your watermark if you have one.
Layers, Merge all Flatten.
Make sure your background colour is set to white.

Image, Add Borders

Now change the background colour to black,
add another border.
And that is it!
Simple, yet effective.
