Before we start, for any beginners attempting this you will need your layer palette.
You can find this along the top of your screen.
It looks like this

Open your tube and set it to one side for the time being.
Open a transparent canvas 230x260.
Select your Flood Fill tool

On your Style palette, which is on the right, set your foreground to the correct colour and the background to white.

Choose the gradient selection by clicking on the little black arrow

The gradient setting is the 2nd box in with the stripes.
Set your gradient to the following settings

Flood fill your canvas.
Open another transparent canvas 500x500
Copy and paste your filled square as a new layer.
Add Drop Shadow

Repeat your Drop Shadow except this time change the horizontal and vertical settings to -3.
Duplicate this layer...Layers, Duplicate
X out the duplicate for now.
Carry on working on the the 1st square.
Your layer palette should look like this

OK, Effects, Geometric effects, Ripple
(NB: please be aware that the outcome may differ depending how central your square is on the canvas, I had mine slightly up and to the left)

Image, Mirror
Effects, Noise, Add

Repeat this step.
Duplicate this layer, then go to
Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top
Hide both your Rippled layers for now and unhide your duplicated square.
Select your tube and copy and paste as New Layer.
You will need to resize your tube to 60.
Duplicate your tube and hide the duplicate.
Position your tube slightly offset inside the square.
See example below
Effects, 3D Effects, Cutout.

Unhide your 2nd flower and postion it down to the right overlapping your cutout.
Add your Drop Shadow
Horizontal and Vertical 3
Opacity 80, Blur 3
Now unhide your Ripples.
Set them so that the square sits in the middle of the Ripples.
Selecting the Top Ripple make sure it is lined up with the bottom Ripple.
Reduce the Opacity to 50

Select your eraser and remove the Ripple inside of the square, leaving the edges of the square overlapped and one or two of the leaves.
When you have done this bring your Opacity back to 100. Now you can tidy up any stray bits with your eraser.
Hopefully it should now look something like this

OK, on your layer palette, highlight the Layer 1 and Flood Fill White.
Select your Airbrush tool, (below the eraser)
Set your colours to the plain pink #DB758A.
Click on Tool Options and make sure these are your settings.

Make sure you are still on Layer 1 and then spray a background for your image.
Now to add your text.

Go to Effects, Textures, Sculpture

Now we need to colourize this.
(A simple way to get the right colour is to click on the
colour box at the right and take note of the Hue and Saturation numbers of the colour you want to use.)

Add your Drop Shadow, same settings as before, except change the colour to a lighter one from your image, in this case I used #EFD6DE.
Position your text where you like it.
Selections, Select None.
Add your watermark if you have one.
Layers, Merge All.

There you have it.
I hope this was easy for you to follow and understand!
