Tube ©Outlaw By Design

Open a transparent canvas 500x500.
Copy and paste your background picture twice and place side by side

Merge all Flatten and Crop the canvas to the size of the pictures.

Effect, KPT 3, Planar Tiling using these settings.
Perspective Tiling
Glue Normal
Opacity 100

Open another 500x500 transparent canvas.
Add New Raster Layer.
Click your magic wand in this area to highlight it.
With your selection tool set to rectangle, select the patterned area of your picture,
Edit, Copy.
then click on your new canvas Edit, Paste into Selection.
Selection, Select None.
Now add your tube.
Use your Deformation tool to stretch the tube to the length of the canvas.
Add your Drop Shadow
Vert and Horiz -1
Opacity 100
Blur 4.9

Add your text

Promote to Layer.
Effects, Texture Effects, Sculpture

Add Drop Shadow

Merge Visable.
Resize to 85
Copy and Paste as New Image in AS.
Edit, Copy, Paste After Current Frame 7 times.
Clicking on Frame 1, File, Export Frames, to PSP.
Select your lasso tool

Select a square area, as seen above.
Colours, Adjust, Brightness/Contrast

Selection, None
Click the red X and Yes to updating AS.
Select next frame and using the same method highlight a different square.
Do this with all frames. You can always do more that 1 square on each frame.
Once all frames have been animated,
Edit, Select All,
Animation, Animation Properties
choose 35.
Then Save your animation!!!
All done
