First save your brushes to a folder, if they are zipped you will need to unzip them to this folder.
Open a blank canvas in PSP.
File, Import, Custom Brush

It will bring this window up

Click the Open button, then browse for your folder with your brushes in it.
Select all the brushes

Then click open

Click Add All
Once it has moved the images over to the right hand screen click OK.
Your brushes will now be installed.

You will have to do this for each folder that you may have for brushes.
As it will not let you load more than one folder at a time.
