Open a White Canvas 500x500
Copy your tube and Paste as a new layer
Select your Retouch tool

Use these settings for your Brush size

Now select your smudge mode

With your cursor gently spread your flowers till you are happy with the effect. Personally, 3 spreads is usually ample.

Copy your tube, and Paste as new layer.
Add your Drop Shadow

If your new tube sits behind your smudged one, go to Layers, Arrange, Bring to top.

New Raster Layer for your text.
Use these settings. For the colours I picked 2 colours from my tube. These are the colours codes
Stroke # 29421C
Fill # BD2726

Inner Bevel using these settings

Selections, Select None
Using your magic wand, select the insides of the letters, hold the shift key down to do them all at once.

Flood fill with white.
Now add your Inner Bevel

Selection, Select None
Add you Drop Shadow, same settings as before.
Layers, Arrange, Move Down

Position your name so that the flowers sit on it with a few falling over the edge.
Add your watermark.
Merge all layers.
Et Voila!
