Open a Transparent canvas 500x500
Open your tube and Copy and Paste as New Layer.
Using your Layer Palette
right click on your tube layer and Duplicate twice.
Hide these 2 layers for use later on.
On your 1st layer go to
Effects, Blur, Gaussian Blur

Image, Flip then again on the Layer Palette reduce the Opacity to 70.
Copy and Paste as New Layer
Move the 2 images apart so that they are just overlapping each other.

Now unhide your 2nd tube.
Effects, Geometric Effects, Wave

Image, Flip
Effects, Geometric Effects, Ripple

Reduce the Opacity to 60
Open your 3rd tube and add your Drop Shadow

Now to add your text.
I used the font LinotypeZapfino and used 2 colours from my tube.

Using your Layer Palette, Promote to Layer.
Effects, Texture Effects, Sculpture

Add your Drop Shadow again using a darker colour from your tube.

Add your watermark
Merge All layers.
