Open 500x500 Transparent canvas.
Copy and Paste your tube as New Layer.
Effects, Plugins, Toadies, Weaver

Duplicate this layer and then hide for the time being.
Back onto the original weaver layer.
Effects, Plugins, FF Gallery V, Ommadawn.
(you may find the Ommadawn filter in Toadies)

Select your magic wand and click on the
black lines. If they dont all take, keep clicking and hold
down the Ctl key at the same time.

Selections, Modify, Expand

Hit your Delete key.
Selections, Select None.
Effects,Textures, Sculpture

Duplicate this layer.
Image, Mirror.
Sit your blocks so they are slightly overlapping.
Hide both the blocks layers.
Make your weaver layer active.
Using your selection tool set to rectangle

draw a square around the red part only

Edit, Copy, Edit, Paste as New Image.
Back on your main canvas,
Selections, Select None.
Open your blocks layers.
Copy and Paste your tube again as New Layer.
You will probably have to resize the tube now.

Add your Drop Shadow

Select the red square we copied,
and paste as a New Layer
Rotate

Duplicate this and place the 2 squares
where you like them best.
Using your selection tool again.
choose a square of your berries

Selections, Convert to Seamless Pattern.
Minimize this as we are only using it
as your pattern fill for your text.
Selections, Select None.
Now we add the text.
Only use the first letter of your name.

Rotate

Add your Inner Bevel

Move this layer down so it sits behind your tube.
Your layer palette should look like this.

Add your Drop Shadow,
same settings as before.
Go to layer palette and right click
on the Floating Selection,
click on Promote to Layer.
Duplicate this and bring the duplicate
layer to the top.
Now select your erase tool and remove
some of the text to make it look looped
around the tube.
Add the rest of your text.

Add your Inner Bevel and Drop Shadow
same settings as before.
Place where you think it looks best.
Add your watermark and merge!
All done.
