OK, so you already have your page1 saved from pt 1 of this tutorial here

Now we need to make a quick page 2.
Open your photo of the ballerina again.
Selections. Select All
Select sstexture21 and paste into selection.
DO NOT DESELECT
New raster layer
and paste the pink paper texture.
Selections, Select None
Duplicate the sstexture layer and move to the top.
Now to change the blend modes
You should have

Layer 1 - sstexture = Normal Add the colourrave settings from before
Layer 2 - pinkpaper = Hard Light
Layer 3 - sstexture = Overlay

Image Add Border
Same settings as used before on page1.
Add text of your choice, again same settings as used on page1.
Merge all Flatten and save as page2.jpg.

OK, now for the hard part :-)
First I will expalin a little about the filter we are goin to use.
Effects, Vizros, Book


A = the area we willbe changing in sections of 20. This is your turning page.
B = Your turn page, this is where you select the image you want on it. (page1.image)
C = Fore Page, this is the page that the turing page moves to..we will be using page2 here.
D = Back Page, again we willbe using our page1 image here
E = Unselected Page, which is basically your background area...which we need transparent.
To do this you need to select Solid and move the transparent tab down to 0.

You will need to set your parameters (top right corner) like so.
Size X = 205
Size Y = 315
Turning = multiples of 20..each page will be expalined.
Base = 5
Projection = 8
Shading = 100

OK, try and stay with me here lol
Open your page1 image we made from before.
Duplicate the layers until you have 9 layers in total.
X out all layers except the 1st one. make sure that is the active layer.
Go to Vizros
Set as above.

When you open it will automatically place your image as the turn pages etc etc.
Make sure you check the transparent page for unselected is still trans and then go to
your Fore Page, Select the image button, New, Find your page2 jpg. Open, OK

Set the turning angle to 20.
OK

Hide this layer.
Unhide layer 2 make sure it is active.
Vizros.. same as before.
AGAIN you will have to set your fore page to page2 EVERY time.
Turning angle = 40
OK

Hide this layer and go to your 3rd layer making it active, follow above this time turning = 60
Carry on this proceedure with each layer adding the turn in multiples of 20.

Once you have all your pages. Add Drop Shadow to each layer.
Vertical = -5
Horizontal = 3
Opacity = 36
Blur = 12.00
Colour # E34943

Still with me? Good.
Now your shoe that you made earlier.
Copy and paste as a new layer.
Add relevant copyright to this layer.
X out all the book layers til youonly have your shoe and © showing,
Merge Visible.
Now Duplicate this layer the same amount as your book. - should be 9 layers.

Now X out all layers except the 1st.
Unhide the 1st of your book.
Merge Visible.
Rename this layer 1 and hide for now.
Unhide the 2nd layer of your book and shoe.
Merge Visible and rename 2 and hide
Unhife layer 3 of book and shoe and repeat this process until you have 9 layers merged.

Still with me?
EXCELLENT
OK, now unhide all layers..it will look a mess but do not worry.

Now save this as ballerina.pspimge (tube if using 7)

Open Animation Shop.
Open your ballerina image, by Clicking File,
Open find the folder where you saved it.
Click Animations, Animation Properties
Canvas Colur, Opaque and change it to white.
OK
Now you can save your image and thats your story done!
